Ok, it’s like this: friends are coming over this Saturday for a throw down.  Since there will be some drinking involved, outside kitchens are how it’s going to be.  I’ve been cooking birds and cows for years, but now it seems my buddies think they can get into the action, and take me on!  My barbecue sauce has held them down for years, and that’s why they keep coming around.

I have the stuff that they have been after for years.  My sauce and ribs, birds, cows, pigs, etc…  Is why they keep coming over.  Since my outdoor kitchen supplies keep them from messing up the house, I am able to not stress about what happens.  To keep it fair, I cook, and they bring the food.  This has been going on for about three years now.  Sometimes there are girls involved, but mostly not since these guys keep running them off with their stupidity.

On Saturday I am going to do what I always do best: cook dead animals until they fall off the bone, and smother them in my sauce.  My barbecue island makes things a bit easier for me, and keeps the mess to a minimum.  Not to mention that the drinks, food, the guys, are all there, and I don’t have to leave.
