You know how you never really, really look at folks that you know well? Just last week, my brother stopped by to help me work on the pool pump and he started telling me everything there was to know about getting a hair transplant.

At first, I thought he was just trying to tell me something! And then I started to try and imagine what hair restoration cost might be like, if and when I might actually need the procedures.

It wasn’t until my brother had to jump into the empty pool in order to fish out some blockage of the pump’s feed and drainage line that I began to understand where all of this talk about baldness was coming from.

Given that he’s taller than I am, I was looking down onto the top of his head for the first time since we were probably kids. And there it was right in the center back of his head, a silver dollar sized balding patch!

As we were relaxing on the lounge chairs later, I asked him if he thought the affordability of hair transplant cost was within his current budget. Without the slightest bit of hesitation he let me know emphatically, YES!
