San Diego County real estate is true hidden gem

Shortly after the company I work for relocated its office space to San Diego, I was offered a promotion to Senior Vice President of Operations. Not only was I very well compensated for the promotion, but I was given some very favorable terms should I decide to buy a new home.

Obviously, the company benefits in the long term should I decide to invest in San Diego County real estate, and given the cost of the money I would borrow from them, I am more than happy to make that move. Even in the roughest of economic times, when you can get a home loan that ends up being about 40% cheaper than the lowest rates in the open marketplace, you would have to be a fool to pass it up.

What I was not expecting when I started searching for my new house was just how amazing the buys are in San Diego county. I was particularly pleased with both the prices and the communities just north of San Diego. Solana Beach, Encinitas and Carslbad are all priceless little jewels located on the Southern California coast and I am very excited to be considering a move to one of those fine communities.
