Add Some Bling to your Hot Tub!

So you’ve decided to purchase a hot tub.  Just like any other purchase, it is important to personalize outdoor spas to fit your tastes and needs.  You may think the choices are made once you choose the style and color of your hot tub.  Not so, friend!  Because once you start using your new purchase, you will realize that there were things that you didn’t think about in conjuction with your new cal spa.  What kinds of things, you ask?  Well, the list is long, but includes items such as hot tub covers, steps, and aromatherapy cartridges, among other things. Pool and Spa News reports that about 20% of consumers request covers without any prompting from manufacturers. Most consumers recognize that it will help with energy costs and protect children from falling into the tub.  All of these accessories provide a much nicer hot tub experience, but aren’t necessarily in the forefront of your mind when you make your initial purchase.  If you entertain a lot you might want to consider a hot tub caddy that attaches to the edge of the shell to hold snacks and cell phones outside of the tub. Maybe just a drink holder will suffice.  Either way, both serve to keep unwanted items out of the water, but within reach. Want something more fun?  Take a look at tub toys like waterproof playing cards or a floating water radio.  Both will add enjoyment to you hot tub experience.  Most of these items can be purchased through hot tub dealers and vary in price.

Hi. Hot tub shells need to be made of a completely waterproof material. All shells basically provide the same function, but each shell has different pros and cons and may or may not be as pleasing to the eye.

    Thank you.
