Time to Protect My Home

I found a great Security System in Seattle Washington that made me want to check out what kind of Home Security Systems in Phoenix Arizona were available to me when I returned to the Valley of the Sun. I admit I probably have not always been as vigilant about my personal safety and security or the safety and security of my home as I probably should be. Ok well I know I have not been that careful, and I know that I should definitely be more cautious with the security of my belongings and, really, my entire life.
I am always either at work, or out with friends, or out running all kinds of errands throughout the day, or whatever else my busy life requires that I do in a day. All this time of course, my house is standing alone empty and anyone could easily break in and no one would ever know the difference. Your car is just your transportation but your house is everything you own. Think about it, all your photos are there, your journals, your records of your kids growing up, and on and on. I think it is high time I look into getting a home alarm system.

You are right. There is no way you would put your money into a bank with knowing it was protected agains loss so why would we not want to protect those things most precious or important to us by using a good security system. It just makes sense to me.

My biggest problem is taking the security system for granted in my house. The only time I ever think about it is once a month when I make the payment. In my way of thinking it is just like my car insurance payment..a necessity.

I remember when I lived in Chandler, AZ about five years ago. It was about 9:30 at night, and I heard someone come up to my front door and jiggle the handle. Whoa!!! Luckily, I had my perimeter alarm on, and the wiggling made it beep a warning signal. Whoever it was bolted. That alarm was worth every penny that night.

I’m really bad about my alarm system. I rarely set it because I have to walk to the laundry room to do it. Blogs like this remind me I shouldn’t take it for granted.

If you travel on a pretty predictable schedule like I do as an airline stewardess, you have to have an alarm system. It’s too easy to figure out my schedule and attempt a break-in when I’m away. Crazy not to have a security system these days.
